Brewing training
Brewing training is provided by Brew-School in a series of brewing courses specifically our 5 day full time General Certificate in Brewing Course teaching to the internationally recognised qualification provided by the Institute of Brewing and Distilling. We are happy to work with brewing training providers and organisations to put together bespoke brewing training packages. Staff Training if it relates to the persons job or role in the business is normally an allowable expense for tax purposes and all our courses are inclusive of VAT.

Beer Sommelier Training (RESCHEDULED TO AUTUMN)

This Beer Sommelier Course is currently the only course in the UK where you will be awarded the title of Beer Sommelier following on from the successful completion of the course and the exam. Setting Up A Nanobrewery - Brewing With A Braumeister (SOLD OUT)

This is a one day course on how to set up a nanobrewery. Got a garage outhouse and want to look at producing beer commercially on a very small scale brewing kit? The course will be relevant for any brewing equipment but on the day will do focus on using the one pot system of brewing using a Speidels Braumeister. We will also go through a brew on a 20 litre Speidels Braumeister looking at brewing tips and how to scale up.

The Brew-School Trainee Brewer program will give you the comfort of several recognised brewing and related beer industry qualifications (subject to passing the exams) and at the same time intensive core hands on training in a microbrewery allowing you to work up your own Brew-School Brewers Log and coaching as the route to your first job in the Brewing Industry. On successful completion of the brewing course you will be awarded an International Diploma in Brewing.
